Tortoise bakelite (tested+) bag has an interesting rounded base with sides which sharply angle to the 1/2" thick clear lucite top which is carved in the berry & leaf pattern. Single hinged handle is also carved. Characteristic Rialto Turnkey latch. Four tortoise hemisphere feet. Signed on hinge. Measures 8x4x3.5". Some checking of the lucite top, otherwise excellent condition.
