Pamart made inexpensive metal filigree and molded acetate bags ca. 1955. There are three syles currently identified:

Low Rectangular Form

Upright cylindrical form

This example is powder blue acetate and painted metal cylinder body. Note the light weight metal angle handle hardware, rivet handle attachment, and lack of detail on the metal filigree.
