Fred Haber's Son Joins Firm

"Fred Haber's son Bert, a recent graduate of Riverside Academy, has joined the Fred Haber organization, manufacturers of popular-priced bags."

The "What's New in Handbags" column of the same issue (page 78) included news about Fred Haber's Fall 1949 line. These styles retailed for $7.95.
