Florida Fashion Alligator Bags ads heralded "Leading the Nation in Sales and Construction." The bags wholesaled for $6 or 7.25 for retail at $14.95 & $19.95 and were per-ticketed by the manufacturer.. The bags came with a 6 month warranty (imagine that!) "All bags are top grain, hand laced genuine alligator with adjustable shoulder straps. Each bag fitted with shell comb, gold-backed mirror and written guarantee. Colors: Natural and Dark Brown. All bags individually boxed. This full page ad appearred on page 6 of the January 1955 issue of Handbags & Accessories.

The Styles were named and came with or without alligator body parts. From the top, the $7.25 wholesale bags were:

1) Teresa P (plain) or H (head) 9 x 7 1/2 x 3"
2) Clarissa P (plain) or H (head) 8 1/2 x 7 1/2 x 3"
3) Candida P (plain) or H (head) 9 3/4 x 6 x 3"

The $6 wholesale style for Spring 1955 were

4) Juanita P (plain) or H (head) 8 x 7 x 3"
5) Camelita P (plain) or H (head) 9x 5 1/4 x 2 3/4"

The March issue of Handbags & Accessories featured this full page ad on page 4, detailing additonal styles.
