The bag retailed for a hefty $32.50, that's $245 in 2006 inflation adjusted dollars. Here is a black calf bag by Eagle that has shelf-like fold of leather near its wide-opening metal frame and colored leather lining. Alcxette makes the welted cuff glace shortie with horizontal cross stitch and string bow. Cluster pin and earrings of colored glass beads and pearls with gold rondelles are by Heller-Deltah. Long iridescent taffeta fringed-edge scarf is from I. J. Nethe. Celancse 10 - rib umbrella has a metal ball handle and is Town Umbrella's copy of a French original shown in January issue of this magazine."
