Beautiful White Lucite two-tray Wilardy bag would be the gem of any collection. The top mirrored section latches with an elegant, serpentine-hinged Lucite catch. The larger bottom section opens with a push lever. The condition is excellent with two small areas of slight fogging on the top and the back visible only at certain angles. An outstanding collectible. Measures 7 1/4 x 4 1/8/x 4 1/4 inches. At the request of the Council of Fashion Designers of America and their President, Diane von Furstenberg, this Wilardy bag was photographed for their new book “American Fashion: Accessories.”

This item was part of the archives of the Bag Lady Emporium, originally in operation from 1996 through 2022. It sold for $425.00 in 2011.
