Charming octagonal Art Deco celluloid dance purse has everything a collector could want. The black Bakelite hardware and cording are all original. The black tassel with beaded top replaces the original. The cylindrical carved Bakelite bead slides up to open. The interior is fully lined in beige faille with two open pockets. The condition is excellent with wear to the covering of the cord and slight darkening of a half dozen of the cobalt blue rhinestones, the only flaws. The body measures 3 1/4 x 1 1/8 x 3 1/4 inches with total length 12 1/2 inches ring to tassel.
