The space is divided down the center by a partition. There is a single plastic zip pocket. This is a more recent bag circa 1970. The telescoping inch wide strap handle expands to 34 in. if you prefer a shoulder bag. Measures 11 x 2 1/4 x 6 1/4 inches.
