Splendid Mar-Shel Floral Tapestry bag, trimmed in the front with panels of burnished gold patent leather. The back of the bag a solid tapestry. The unusual gold lift up latch is trimmed in radially engraved squares with hollow centers. The fully lined beige satin interior features a single open pocket that carries the Mar-Shel fabric label. The lining is in excellent condition which a slight abrasion to the satin sheen above the pockets. Very slight wear to the leather strip on one side, otherwise the exterior is in excellent condition. Measures 8 7/8 x 2 3/4 x 8 1/2 inches.
