Rare Majestic Accordion Style Metal Slat Bag, illustrated on page 98 of "A Century of Handbags" by Dooner. This on is in PINKISH-LAVENDER and Bright Gold. Structurally, the bag is perfect, but the lacquer finish of the metal shows some wear, especially on the top edges of the slats. It|s partially lined in purple faille that shows considerable pinkish blush around the edges. Signed in gold lettering on the lining. Measures 9 x 4" wide x 4" high."
