Zany Leslie of Miami embellished Lucite bag, decorated on the lid with a charming Pink & Blue "Little Engine That Could!" Small rhinestones of various colors add sparkle. The unusual body is what it covered in bands of woven raffia. Base measures 8 1/2 x 3". The reverse pyramid body increases in size to 10" x 5 1/2" at the high "waist," and back down to 10 x 4 1/2" at the top. The ergonomic diagonally mounted hinged strap handle is wide at the center and narrows at either end. Fully lined in off white diagonal weave brocade which shows minor soiling and a few pen marks. Complete down to the fabric label and four clear hemisphere feet. Outstanding condition. A real vintage find!
