Indian Embroidered Abstract Clutch Bag, stitched in two kinds of silver bullion in a Mandella Pattern on powder blue velvet. Back is plain blue velvet with embroidered handstrap. Shildkraut Bros. impported many extravegantly embroidered bags from India after WWII. These were sold for moderate to extemely high prices, depending on the materials and jewels used. Fully lined in blue satin with one open pocket. Some wear to velvet|s nap, otherwise excellent condition. Measures 8 x 1 x 5".
