Fabulous Florida handbag in tortoise Bakelite. The front-to-back mounted clear Lucite handle is carved in a central flower and chevron pattern that echoes the surface and reverse carving of the lid. The metal finish on the three ball class and handle hardware is immaculate. Perches atop four clear hemisphere feet. Very slight web-like crazing on the inside of the lid, otherwise excellent condition. Complete down to the acetate label. Simply exquisite! Measures 7 x 5 x 4 1/4 inches.
