Simply fabulous Beau Sterling Ladybug pin! The body is a black glass cabochon with white spots, prong set in a sterling setting. A pair of matte sterling wings with red polka dots offsets the shiny sterling head, eyes and antenna! The piece is marked in incised letters "Beau Sterling." Beaucraft began manufacturing in Providence, Rhode Island in 1947. There is no copyright mark on this piece, pointing to a pre-1954 date. Measures 1 x 1 5/8". Excellent condition.
