The classic 50|s box bag gets a new twist in this charming yellow faux weave vinyl number. The double-corded handles join at each end and loop around the shiny gold metal handle hardware. The sculptural gold lift up latch opens to a black taffeta interior with a metal zip pouch mounted on the back surface. The lid carries a large rectangular beveled edge mirror whose surface shows some signs of age. The only imperfections are two areas of blue pen marks on the back (see detail). Measures 10 x 3 1/2 x 3 3/4 inches and with a 15-inch handle.
