Octagonal body muted celery green lucite bag with unusual double twist strap handle. Tiny diamond diagonal carving on the lid is twice as detailed as normally seen. A real classy bag. Slight chemical fogging on the inside of the lid. Measures 8 1/4 x 5 1/4 x 4".

Unmarked Rose-Beige rectangular box bag has a quiet simplicity. Lovely 3/8" thick clear lucite lid reverse carved in leaf and stem design. Double clear hinged strap handles. Half a dozen small dark speckles on the hinge show through the clear lid, otherwise flawless. Measures 8 x 3 1/4 x 4".

3) Inventory # C00068: Charles Kahn-Gold Lucite bag
Glorious gold Charles Kahn Lucite bag. The diagonally carved 3/8" thick Lucite lid and contoured strap handle compliment each other beautifully. The gold three-ball latch and other metal hardware really sparkle. There is no label but style, color and hardware are clearly Charles Kahn. There is very slight surface wear to the body and clear bottom of the bag, but nothing overall to the over all effect. Measures 7 1/4 x 3 7/8 x 3 3/4 inches.

4) Inventory # A00308: Florida Handbags-Clear trapezoidal bag with acetate costume
This remarkable Florida Handbag was a real education to me. I’ve had the clear trapezoidal body of the bag before, and never realized it came complete with a wardrobe of flexible acetate costumes that fit over the front latch and snap closed at the back! One can only imagine the myriad of choices that one might have had for the costuming of this bag!. Please check the detail picture to get an accurate idea of the unique shape of this bag. It’s TRAPEZOIDAL, not rectangular, but it shows best photographed top to bottom! This bag’s only defect is a tiny chip in the back top corner of the lid (see detail.) Four clear hemisphere feet. Complete down to the label. The diagonal measurement from corner to corner is 9 1/2 x 3 3/4 x 3 inches.

Curvaceous unmarked Florida Handbag with gently upswept bottom line, countering the kidney shaped body and reverse curved clear Lucite handles. The diamond carved 1/4" thick Lucite lid has softened corners. The dainty 3-ball latch is more petite than some and compliments the overall elegance of the bag. There is some evidence of chemical reaction (probably perfume) in the interior that shows slightly when light comes through the body of the bag. When the bag is full, it's invisible. Measures 10 x 3 1/4 x 3 1/2".

A Heavily Marbled Gray Lucite unmarked Florida Handbag thickly embedded with long gold strands! The beautifully angled one piece body forms the front, bottom and back off the bag. Beveled edge diagonally carved lid. The gold metal fittings are all in excellent condition. Double straight strap handles. The four feet are missing, but their absence is not noticeable except for a slight adhesive residue....but who’s looking!! Measures 7 5/8 x 4 3/4 x 3 3/8”.
